GM Negotiation
Potential bug. Working on making some trades and I offered PHI 1st Round to Chicago in a package deal and CHI GM Mike Keenan has the following response.....

Looks like it might be related to the problem with the trade perspective flipping under some circumstances, we'll have another look at that.
