NHL Entry Draft Order

I started a Standard franchise on the July 1, 2019 start date. I see that the draft order for the 2020 Entry Draft is already determined, and that the Penguins (a 2018-19 playoff team) are drafting 2nd overall... (!) The draft order for the following season is established before the season begins, not at its end (I found this for the 2021 draft in a previous franchise too.)

The early draft order announcement is a bug, that'll be fixed in the next update.
