April - no Midterm Ranking scouting

I'm in April and the Scouting - Midterm Ranking screen shows no players.

Shouldn't this screen show league scouted players, or am I misunderstanding it? .

It's specific to the NHL draft. Are you looking at it for a different league?

I'm GM/coach of a NHL team.
I'll check again to see if anything has changed after this update.
