Reset Defensive Ratings

I added 100 Richie Ashburn at the tail end of the 2060 season and began training him in RF for 21 games, which put him in the 60s defensively IIRC.

At the beginning of the 2061 season, his defensive rating in RF was reset to 0 and began training up anew (currently 12 after 3 games).

Happened again for the second season in a row. Both seasons I unsuccessfully auctioned Ashburn after the team was eliminated from the postseason.

Not being able to train up a 100 player defensively is a sizable bug.

I've noticed that if a player gets deactivated before the end of the season, they can lose some training that was done during that season. So I usually put on reserve roster and wait until at least a few games into the new season before deactivating. I suppose the same might happen if you attempt to auction.
