Player Name Errors. Game Crashes

The players in my games' names have been change for reasons I don't know. Most have been changed to Joe Unknown. When I click on the team's statistic leaders from last season the game crashes entirely.When I click on current players in my lineup it takes me to a different player on some other team. Haven't been able to play. I sent in the Zip file for the league under the name ConnorCallaghan.

The same thing happened to me, to 2 different saved games, and just in the past couple of days. I am curious to know what the diagnosis and solution are, as it makes the game unplayable.

Is there an answer for this? I bought this game for Connor and he hasn't been able to play it for weeks now! This is the second time he's posted about this with no answer!
