Changing my starting budget in franchise

For the first time this season I am starting a league with a fantasy draft, using the Orioles, and trying to change my starting budget to see where it goes. Does anyone know if i am able to change my budget from the 95 mil to 200 mil and if so, where would I go to do that? Any help is appreciated.

Put yourself in Commisioner Mode.

Go to your team home page (Orioles), click on the "Settings Tab". About halfway down, left side you will see your budget. Change the amount to whatever you like. ($200M)
