Missing card

I have a very big issue. Last night I bought a card via auction house in PT and I wake up this morning and the card is not anywhere to be found it was quite expensive.I have all of my other cards and I have a transaction history with the card being bought and now it is not here? I don't know what to do or how to get it back. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for the link. My card is still gone lost to the wind. It was only a Miguel Cabrera "peak" card.

There was a server timing error where I had won a card, showed that I won it in the Auction bids and had it in my manage inactive cards. I activated it, then it completely disappeared. Followed the steps to close out of OOTP21 then reopened it, card was still missing. Then checked bids again and 6 mins 21 secs were added back to the timer and I did not win the auction. When I tracked the auction it looked like it should have been bought that first time but for some reason the server loaded a backup and the timing in the auction was screwed up.

I outright bought the Miguel Cabrera peak card it was in my manage roster I even have screen shots which I take for everything I have the card in the manage roster in one screen shot I took after winning it then I woke up and it was gone. So i guess I lose out on Miggy and 200,000 pt points.I tried even reinstalling the game and nothing. It won't let me attach the pic here or I would show my before and after photos.

I have the exact issue. I posted in the thread Lucas referenced but I will post the screenshot here too. Transaction logs show me buying it. After two restarts the card is neither active/reserve nor inactive. I never saw it anywhere after purchase/

Nah, they gotta rectify that if it all checks out on the backend. Mine was only 6k.
