League schedules starting on the wrong day

In previous versions of OOTP, setting the season to start "March 31 / Monday" would start the first Monday on or after March 31.

In OOTP 21, it causes the season to start on a Monday near March 31, but it can start either before or after, which causes problems when I'm trying to line up a major league with its minors.

Actually, this isn't a bug, as the game uses the real-life MLB schedule (or whatever matching schedule file it finds for custom leagues). By design, the start date is automatically adjusted to the date on the schedule file.

You can change the start date in the schedule file, but be aware if you do, your all-star game will be in late July and the World Series will often wrap up in November around Veteran's Day.

This isn't an MLB schedule, and I know very well what that checkbox does.

Check the start date on your schedule file.

I created this schedule myself, so I know for a fact that it's start_month="3" start_day="31" start_day_of_week="2".
