Right Fielder Goes To The Mound

In a blow out loss of 22 to 5; my right fielder Howie Kendrick was sent to the mound to pitch because all my relief pitchers were used up. Howie gave up 3 runs in .2 inning for a 63.00 ERA

Look how well some of the 'real' pitchers did over here. I think one or two of them may have been peanut vendors pulled from the stands.

I had a game yesterday 40-5 where my opponent ran twelve pitchers ---- one SP, six relief pitchers, and five batters on the mound! In the fifth inning, with me being up 12-3 he started putting in the batters as pitchers.

I ended up with 30 hits and a total of 18,450 points in achievements in the game --- it was an entire page of achievements in the transaction history.

So, to all my opponents, I LOVE it when you use batters as pitchers!

Nobody ever does this on purpose, do they?

The only time I ever had position players head to the mound (ahem Cecil Fielder) was when my bullpen had been decimated by whale teams a few games in a row.

I started having to bring in fresh long relievers almost daily during that stretch. Welcome to Perfect Team!
