We started with 24 original MLB teams, but GMs are allowed to move and re-brand their franchise upon arrival.

Panama City — Finished 2nd in the standings and reached the semifinals in the playoffs despite not having a GM for most of their season. Arguably have 2 of the 5 best young OF in the game in Burt Powell and Toni Mickelson. Some good vets in the lineup as well. Pitching isn't as elite but rotation is average. Farm system is limited but the young MLB talent means this team still has a bright future. Only $76M on the books for next season and declines after that.

Birmingham — Missed the playoffs by 2 games this past season. They have several above average hitters including a star in Simone Lamujo. The rotation is solid but no stars. They have about $30M for free agents in this class but that goes up significantly next offseason with a few old contracts coming off the books. 4 top-100 prospects including a crafty lefty who looks like a future No. 2.
