The ABA League looking for new GMs

Hey fellow GM's!

The ABA League is looking for new GM's to fill several openings in this OOTP 20 fictional league. The 20 team league is headed into its 8th season and has teams ranging from competitive now to just starting out after the expansion draft.

The league during the season runs 3 real-time-sims days per RL day Monday through Friday. This season we live-streamed the World Series and All-Star game as well.

During the offseason, we run off days until decisions need to be made.

Teams available and background:
The Phoenix Gladiators and Milwaukee Eskimos are 99-win teams who were defeated in the divisional round of the playoffs. The Memphis Thunder Bats, Jacksonville Golden Gophers, San Francisco Great Danes, and Bailey Hall Godfathers all are 80 win teams with some good young talent. Jacksonville does have the added difficulty of having the lowest budget in the league and sharing a division with 3 high budget teams.

The Philadelphia Marauders, Indianapolis Eagle Squadron, and Austin Desperadoes are the 70-win teams that would be classified as rebuilding. The Eagle Squadron won the championship 2-years ago, Desperadoes won 4 years ago. The Marauders won 98 games in those years as well.

The Colorado Black Bears, Baltimore Blue Jays, and Atlanta Hot Rods are expansion teams that are finishing their third season. They are still attempting to develop their farm systems. Atlanta’s path is especially difficult as they are in the same division as 3 of the top budget teams.
