Goalies with 82+ Starts FHL Online League

We just wrapped up our season and we have multiple teams whose goalies started 82 or more games.

It seems like when a GM does not check "Use Goalie Start Settings" in the Goalie Start tab then the AI does not start the backup goalie or has some sort of broken mechanic to start the backup goalie.

I attached 2 images form my STL team. I set my Goalie start settings near the start of the season and did not change them.

I uploaded our league file.

Yeah, something's not right there, it should be defaulting back to the older goalie selection system when that setting is uneselected. Doesn't seem to be happening consistently, though, I see some teams in your save with a human manager where it isn't selected and the start distribution is normal. We'll have to look a little deeper and try to see what's causing that to happen in some cases but not others.

It looks inconsistent. Our current non-functional work around is to check goalie settings before each sim to ensure teams are using their settings an not the AI.

Any new information? We are in the playoffs but once the Cup is over we run through the offseason pretty fast. Getting a fix over another manual work around would be nice.
