Buying the game

I hear that the PC version is better then mobile which is fine, but when you pay for PC version is the mobile version included? How do you get both and does it make a difference to pay on this site, vs steam?

Also is the price likely to go down again as the year goes on like an opening day sale if baseball ever happens?

Mobile game is not included. IMO the mobile game is very basic. Played it for awhile but quickly lost interest.
OOTP usually has sales during the year such as all star game, end of season, etc.. They usually do not announce sales ahead of time. With this crazy year who knows when or if.
