PT Server Errors (5/31)

Hey everyone,

We are aware of the influx of Card Sync Errors and Connection issues in regards to reaching the PT servers. The issues range from connecting to teams and even for people who do get in the issues also extend into redeeming missions and doing Auction House work.

We are in contact with our server providers with their tech team to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We were updated by them this afternoon (5/31) that they believe they know the issue that is causing all of this. They believe an expired certification for some of their servers is the root issue and they are getting that fixed as quickly as possible on their end. However do to that issue being on their hardware we aren't able to actively reset or reboot servers to get around that issue. We are actively attempting to get this issue escalated through their support team so it gets priority. We will absolutely update you all as we get more info.

Understand that the resolution of the outage is out of your control, but is there any way you can collect the playoff results and post them here before they're wiped?

I had the highest Win% team in Diamond.444. When I left the game last night, I was two games into a Bo5 with the wildcard winner. I'd like to know how well I went in the playoffs. My PPs jumped a while back so I know the playoffs ended but I don't know anything else for certain. All I'll be able to find out as it stands is where the PPs came from and if I got promoted.

Any chance the tournaments stuck in 'preparing' will be resolved soon?

Anyway you can just cancel all the games stuck in "preparing" ? Anyone stuck there cannot get out enter another tournament. Anyone stuck in three of those is dead in the water.

I've been stuck in two for over 20 hours:

Silver Non-Live Bo5 ID3544 & ID3545. What's more annoying is that 3552 is simulating away happily as I write this...

Hey all,
Check out the ootp21 pt bug reports. There's a fix there that has helped a lot of people connect thru a free VPN.
