Yes, but you have to be in commissioner mode to do this. (Don't worry, you can jump in and out of commissioner mode provided you aren't playing in Challenge Mode. If you playing in Challenge Mode, disregard what I said above. You can't do this.)

So, you're in commissioner mode now. Go to the player profile. Go to the editor tab. Voila! Change to your heart's content.

Just be aware that if you mention it around here you might have people calling it cheating. But hey, (standard OOTP mantra coming next), it's your game, play it your way.

Remember to re-scout otherwise you won't see the changes immediately. Re-scout the whole league or have your scout earn his pay.
