multiple transactions

I've been playing 21 for a couple of months. Currently in 3rd season managing one team. Of late Transaction Logs are reflecting the same transactions over and over for the same players. The transaction has the same player who is on a particular level (Rookie league) being moved from a team at the level and being assigned to the same league. Over and over...any particular player could be listed a countless amount of times. Help!!

I haven't run into that. Have you downloaded the latest patch?
