1960 expansion needs fix

I've uploaded "1960 Expansion" via FTP but the support ticket link didn't work ...

The issue: I'm playing the San Francisco Giants in 1960, and have been informed that the two new American League franchises will draft from my team. Historically, of course, this did not happen -- only AL teams stocked the two new teams. (And in 1961, only NL teams stocked the Mets and Colt .45s.)

So I can dance around it by restricting the draft parameters, but then I realized if I block the two new teams from drafting from my Giants' roster, they will apparently be blocked from drafting from any roster.

I would love to submit a support ticket if I can find the link, but hopefully this isn't a complex fix. (Last time I had an issue with this team I waited three months for someone to tell me to check the box that said "Ghost players" -- I'm hoping for a faster turnaround this time.)
