Team Captains

does anyone know how to find players that can be captains of your team? My team doesn't have a captain, and I heard it's important for team chem to have a captain.

captain is a personality trait, not a position in OOTP. To find one, you'd need to look at the available player's personality. Hope this helps.

Look for players with a high Leader, Loyalty and Work Ethic. They have the best chance of being team captains.

Of course, your game needs to be using Player Personalities and Team Chemistry.

If you look at the Team Chemistry tabs on each team, they will tell you who is a captain on another team. They may be someone you want to target.

Or lose Captain status? I guess my question is does this fluxuate?
