Custom screen setup

I set my screen up myself rather than using the "auto setup" feature. Two points on that. 1) When I click on the bullpen to add, remove, or insert a RP, if the mouse pointer doesn't end up in the exact spot when clicked, my bullpen gets moved offscreen (generally to somewhere around (2600, 500)). Annoying as heck. 2) Is there way to simply add a "lock screen" option when customizing the game screens instead of only when the default screen setup is used?

Side note - Is it possible to have some indicator on the player lists/draft list when your scout has the player in their working queue, like when they are caps when on a short list? Would be really helpful leading to draft, especially.
