Small roster issue - 1988 Orioles

Yes, they sucked. In the real 88 season, they traded Boddicker to the Red Sox for Schilling and Brady Anderson. Schilling is already on the Orioles and Brady is still on the Sox. Of course the computer won't take Boddicker for Brady anyway, but Schilling shouldn't be on the Os if Brady is still on the Sox.

Guessing this has to do with Anderson starting the season with Boston and actually playing for them. Meanwhile Schilling's only game action in 88 was 4 starts for the Orioles.

So his minor league games wouldn't count in the rosters for gameplay? He was in Rochester for me until I brought him up in September.

Only if you have the historical minors activated.
