Error: "Could not sync your cards. Please Retry"
I am getting this error message. Have tried multiple times to join a game. Happens every time. Have restarted the game and my PC.
Is there a known remedy for this issue? Thanks |

I'm having the same issue, and my solo sim league file has been corrupted somehow.

Same thing has happened to me. Game was working fine an hour ago and now can't access PT. Any idea why or how long we're not going to be able to play?

Same error here. Was working fine all day until the last 20 mins or so. Tried reboot with no luck.

I'm having this same problem. Was working fine then all of sudden I couldn't access any of my perfect teams which is rather unfortunate since I was in the middle of redoing some rosters/lineups in preparation for the upcoming season and I may have to start the season missing players now.
Also, every time I try to log into PT it corrupts my online league files which forces me to restart the program every time in order to log into said league (this has worked for me so far).

Error message
Same problem earlier I could play PT now it keeps saying "could not sync cards.Please retry". It has been several hours since I have been able to get into OOTP 20/21.

It also occured to me that my perfect team cards cannot be synced. The error message keeps on popping up even when I restarted the game.

Everything is down right now because of an issue with the service provider. We're doing everything we can to get them to get things back up and running

Cannot Sync Cards (Error)
Yes, I encountered this error starting around 9pm (ET) yesterday also. 6 hours later.. I still encounter this same error after rebooting multiple times.

EDIT: We actually just got a new update from the backend provider and it seems like things are working again now.
