Record at top and in standings different

At the top of the screen it shows my record to be 15-12-2, but in the standings I'm 13-12-0. When I go through the schedule, I am indeed 15-12-2. I'm using 3 point games, and I had 2 overtime wins, so the point total, 45, is also correct. Funny thing is that it has the point total right in the standings.

The screenshot link isn't working, but I can't see any problems when I try a test game with 3-point wins on. Can you tell me the exact point and OT setup you have, and which standings screen you're seeing this on (the one visible while autoplaying, the league standings screen, or somewhere else?)
