AI Modifying "Use as two-way player"

I turned off the "use as two-way player" for multiple players in low minors, but when I used the "Ask AI to set up complete minor league system" it turned them all back to two-way players.

Would it be possible to change this so it does not revert back the changes being made?

The AI will "take control" of any strategy settings in that case, unless if you have the player set to lock to a specific minor league level. Unfortunately there's no way to separate that all out very easily.

Could it be modified so that if you have say more than 30 players on that team that 2 way is disabled? My GCL has like 60 players and when trying to trim it down there was probably 6 2 way guys who were bad at either pitching or hitting and had no business being 2 way players any longer.

Do you think it would be possible to lock a guy to a level unless a promotion is available and not a demotion?
