International FA- Budget/Cap Question

My online league has the default $5 million International Amateur FA signing cap, however my International Free Agent budget is $15m.

We are in the middle of the season so I can't change it, but does this mean that I'm able to sign 3+ players in my $15m budget (with the top I can spend is $5m) or is $5m the max I can spend and I have $10m in dead cap?

Thanks in advance for the help!

If your league has a hard cap, then you will be limited to the 5M of that cap. If your league doesn't use the hard cap, then you can go over that (with the usual penalties).

When all the free agents sign, I believe that cap space is returned to you to use elsewhere.
