Live Start Transaction inconsistencies

Since the trading deadline passed, I thought I'd start a new live start game. I noticed a couple threads that noted the transactions hadn't updated for a while but that it should be fixed now. However, it looks like some players have updated but some haven't. For example, the Mariners have Torrens, Trammel, and Ty France from the Nola trade with the Padres but were missing Munoz. Taylor Williams was traded at the deadline to the Padres as well, but he's still on the Mariners for some reason. With the Williams deal he was traded for a PTBNL so I'm wondering if that might be part of the issue but not sure why Munoz wasn't on the correct roster.

This is fixable with Commissioner mode but unfortunately if I want to start a Challenge run I'll be playing with inconsistent rosters. Wondering if this is still a known issue?

Live start is a disaster this year. In one of the threads they posted a workaround.
