College Leagues and Draft Eligibility

1.) I would love if there were more options regarding the "class" of the player. I'd prefer to set it up so that Sophomores are eligible to be drafted (not just Juniors and Seniors).

2.) It seems if you make everyone available then if they do not get drafted they will get released into Free Agency, even after their Freshman year. Is this how it is supposed to work?

I believe the setting you want is eligible three years before max age not all players eligible. I use the X years before max age settings and have no issues with undrafted players returning.

Yes, that may be the solution for part 1 of my question. However, it still does not seem like players should become free agents at 18 with the "all players eligible" setting either.
