Is there a way to change the size of foul territory?

I cannot seem to find a way to change the size of the foul area by itself in the ballpark editor. Is that calculated as part of another factor, or am I maybe missing something? I would like to be able to increase the size of the foul territory to create a pitcher's park.

Park factors affect performance. The visual representation of the park you see on the screen doesn't. Size of the foul area is included in park factors.

As Brad alluded to, turn down the park factors for batting average, or hits, or whatever it is
