DEL2 trading issue

Not sure if it's a bug or a feature that I don't get, but in my first season as GM/coach in the DEL2 I could make trade offers to other teams (not the ECHL, AHL etc. as their contracts are "honoured" by the DEL2, but to other DEL2 teams or teams in other European leagues).

During the course of the season (can't pinpoint it) this trading option disappeared and all I could do was "offer contract" to other team's players and then I got the same "contracts in this league are honoured"-message that I would get for trade-attempts with the AHL.

I thought it may have to do with the trade deadline (if it exists in the DEL2, it was mentioned in the season preview to be in Jan. 1, but never again and teams were still making trades after that), but now I'm in the middle of July of the following season and I still can't make any trade offers to anyone, not even teams in my own league. The option does not show, all I can do is "offer contract".

It basically eliminates all trading and all I can do is go for free agents. Bug of feature?

It looks like the transfer deadline isn't re-setting properly after the first season. If you have commissioner mode on, I think you may be able to correct it by editing that date on the rules tab of league edit screen on July 1.
