Is it possible to download the version of OOTP 21 as it was sold in March 2020? I have the license key from 2020.

Why on earth would you want the version that has not had the bugs fixed?

I had the installer for the June 2020 game, which was the dream bracket promotion with MLB. I wanted the rosters and ratings that came with the March 2020 game. I was able to get this with the June 2020 Installer and the March 2020 license.

There is no licence by month. One licence work for all builds.
