I can buy NHL-player rights who's on loan in Europe

If NHL-player is on loan at Europe then I can put Transfer offer for him. I also tried to force trade with commissioner mode so I can see what happens. Seems like I can buyout hes from NHL-contract.

Yeah, he should've been blocked from having the transfer option, it won't work right with the loaned players. We'll fix that.
