Though I previously posted a speculative photo of missing player Smith, here is a confirmed image while he was a star pitcher for the 1889 Detroit team.
Further research found this previously unidentified player in the 1889 Detroit team photo to be an excellent match for Smith.

The images on baseball reference for Hogan actually feature Darby O'Brien and Mortimer Hogan. He may be pictured in the 1886 Denver team photo but the IDs are too rife with errors to be sure. I believe Bob Hogan should be on the Missing Players List unless someone has something I'm missing.

There is a long-post-retirement image of Hogan here. I've added a note to the post indicating that he is now called Bob, rather than Eddie.

Not sure whether a photo of Peters in a full baseball uniform has been posted previously. This comes from the Facebook page of Jay Gauthreaux.
The uniform was not identified.

Nice image of Peters! Could be from the 1879 season, as it bears a resemblance to the Chicago uniforms that year.

Also, if anyone has Topps Vault images of Eddie Leon with the Indians I would be grateful to have them. I mistakenly erased the ones in my collection.

This photo shows Cotter in his Villanova University uniform. It's from the Hartford Courant of May 28, 1926.
