Just want to create a league and play games within that league....is this possible in FHM7?
I have an entire league ready to create - a 'franchise greats' league featuring all the greatest players from 1913 (beginning of PCHA) to 2020 NHL, with all stats adjusted against scoring era norm and ice time.
I just want to create this league, plug in money if I have to, but basically just have a league I can create (standardized statistically against the 2019-20 NHL season) & then just play games within that "dream league." Is this possible with FHM 7? I hope so. The 2D game display is VERY slick, and I'd like to do this. I just shelled out $ to Action! PC and have found, much to my great disappointment, that their product is, alas, still buggy and clunky. Can FHM 7 make my "dream league" a reality? Is it possible for me to build this league from scratch and play as many exhibition games that I want? (I don't need the drafts and money and all that guff, just want to build and play) Someone please fill me in. Thank you! Glenn PS, here are just a few of the players I want to input into this league...Remember that the stats are normalized to 2019-20 NHL statistical standards, and there is an ice time factor that goes into the adjustments: Wayne Gretzky 80-53-100-153 (GP-G-A-Pts) Mario Lemieux 76-64-86-150 Howie Morenz 77-47-81-128 Patrick Kane 80-54-70-124 Patrik Elias 80-51-70-121 Sidney Crosby 78-42-77-119 Gordie Howe 80-57-60-117 Darryl Sittler 80-44-72-116 Frank Boucher 78-27-88-115 Bill Cowley 78-30-84-114 Denis Savard 80-37-74-111 Busher Jackson 80-51-57-108 Duke Keats 74-30-77-107 Bobby Hull 74-57-46-103 Andy Bathgate 80-46-56-102 Charlie Conacher 71-60-41-101 Larry Aurie 80-31-67-98 Maurice Richard 74-56-37-93 Marty Barry 80-47-46-93 Sweeney Schriner 80-35-57-92 Babe Dye 73-51-39-90 Last edited by WeirWrite; 03-17-2021 at 02:18 AM. |

Be a lot of importing of players, but yeah, should be doable. The datatbases only start in 1917, so anyione who didn't play then wouldn't be in it.

As was previously said, you could probably set up a league with a lot of time and effort. But you wouldn't be able to play unlimited exhibition games. That's not a function available in FHM. You could import a schedule and have it set up how you like, but that's about as close as that would get. |
