Transfer Bug

I'm trying to trade for Josh Morissey but for some reason there is no complete the trade option event though the offer was accepted (4 different times)

As you can see below it has been accepted before by the Jets but the result is the same, cannot complete.

I transfered another player from the Kings earlier and everything seemed ok. But I do not understand why this happens.

Did this happen to anyone ?

Also after I tried to exit and get back in the game the News section looks like this

The missing news likely isn't related, but something's definitely going wrong with the trade. Can you upload that save (uploading instructions here) and we'll have a look at that?
