Bringing FHM to the next level - MUST HAVE!

Franchise Hockey Manager is a great product, let's be clear. But it has a HUGE hole in that you cannot:

1 - Create a new hockey league with no salaries, no drafts, etc - just teams
2 - Add teams to that league - again, no manager bloat (no $, drafts, etc)
3 - Create players, using a specific era or season as their statistical "model"
4 - Play "a la carte"/exhibition games any time you want

In the greatest ever baseball sim ever created - Diamond Mind Baseball - you could do this: you could create your own historical league, with no salaries, no drafts, none of that BLOAT - just create a whack of players on a whack of teams and then have the ability to play as many exhibition games as you dang well please.

THIS, my friends, is the only thing holding FHM back from being a legendary game. Literally EVERYTHING else is in place.
