Coach glitch

Not sure if it's technically a glitch, but the Leafs just fired sheldon keefe and then immediately rehired Sheldon keefe. same day. I don't think that should really happen but It was pretty funny

Yeah, there's supposed to be a check to always exclude the most recent coach when determining candidates. We've had a couple of reports of teams somehow evading that, though, so we'll have another look and try to figure out why it occasionally happens.

(Then again, Harold Ballard did fire and re-hire Roger Neilson once, so it's not without precedent for the Leafs...)
