Question regarding Perfect Team
I saw a player in my league that I'm fairly certain I know in real life. Is there a way to view their steam profile from inside the game? Or is there a way to contact an owner of a perfect team? Like through the in-game mail or something?

No, sorry. There are far too many ways this could and would be abused.
If you think you know them in real life, I'd suggest reaching out there rather than through PT.
