Major-Minor Injury

A popup window in the game informed me about a major injury to a player.
Then I immediately called up the profile of the injured player, all I find is a minor injury?

"Major injury" in that context means one that can potentially result in missed games, as opposed to one that only affects him for the remainder of the game.
