Standings error?

Hi ! As you can see my team is in the wrong position in the lineups since I have less points than 3rd, 4th and 5th teams. It only concerns the small standings window on manager page, on the NHL overall standings it's how it's supposed to be.

Any explanation? Thanks !

It shows the two divisional leaders as 1 and 2, then the remainder of the league.

Makes sense ! I don't know why I didn't think about that.
But since there are "league" standing with 8 best teams and 4 bottom teams divided by a line, I thought the 8 best teams would qualify for playoffs regardless what division they play in.
I checked real NHL and the 4 best teams of each division qualify. It's funny because in 67-68, Toronto (East) had more points than the West division winners but they failed to qualify.

Can we find the rules for playoffs qualification somewhere in game for historical saves ? Or do we just refer to real NHL ?
