Claimed 5 Twitch drops today but none showed up

Hi,

I watched the Tuesday noon stream today and claimed 5 drops, but they haven't showed up in OOTP22 yet. It says my twitch account is connected to my OOTP 22 account.

If you are not seeing your twitch drops go to your account we will want to double check your connection and make sure that got setup correctly and without any issues. While we believe the process should transfer individuals over to 22 smoothly that doesn't mean everything will work flawlessly.

To check your connection you will need to go to our challenge website (https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/login), log in to the PT Account you wish to have your drops go to, and after logging in go to the twitch page which you can find in the top right corner.

Just a side note you can only have 1 PT account linked to 1 Twitch account. So if you have more than 1 PT account you can only have a one to one setup.

Once you reach the twitch page (which should be https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/twitch) we will want to check 2 things. If the connection is not setup you will see a blue button asking you to connect your twitch account. Now you will need to verify that you are signed into your twitch account by going to twitch's website. If you have multiple twitch accounts you will need to verify you are signed into the right one first. Then once you verify you are signed in on twitch's site you can select that blue button to setup your connection. After that has been done or if it is already done for you the twitch page on our challenge site will change. You will see this text "Your OOTP account is linked with the Twitch account 'Your Twitch Username'.

Please make sure that is the correct twitch username. If it is not you will need to sign into your twitch account and go to the connections page to disconnect that setup. Our OOTP Perfect Team Drops will be located near the bottom of that page in the "other connections" section. The twitch connections page is located at https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections

If you can double check these first that should resolve most issues you are seeing with drops not getting to your account.

I'm having trouble, too, and followed the steps above:

Challenge page says I'm connected. Twitch settings/connections is right. And I have 4 drops over the past several days claimed, but not received.

When do packs show up after claiming? Is it immediate or is there some delay?

I have the same problem. My Challenge account says that I am linked. My Twitch account also says I am connected. However, my claimed drops haven't come through.

Challenge account: ShorelineRaiders
Twitch account: ajnex

So, I disconnected and reconnected and it started working. One thing that might've helped, is that I changed the browser's tracking protection from strict to standard. I also disabled uBlock Origin for both sites.
