Starting Rotation
This seems to be random but I'm seeing that Carl Hubbell made his scheduled start and then started the next day. I noticed this happened last season with Asa Lacy.

This can happen if you have 7-day lineups set. So the first thing to look at would be to check those and either change them or turn them off.

I checked 7 day lineups and 'Use Normal Lineups' was selected. It looks like my rotation is normal but when it's Hubbell's turn he starts back to back starts. I'm trying to stop it manually but when I don't then he gets the additional start each time through

Is this in PT or the regular game?

I have the same issue, even setting it manually to the second starter in my rotation, it still starts Cy Young for the 2nd straight start and has been skipping my #2 starter all season. I just realized it today and I have to manually again set my rotation to start my #2. I have strict order, 5 man rotation and no starters in relief. Kind of frustrating as now I know why Cy Young is not doing as good as other Cy Youngs, he pitches one game and does great then losses the next game cuz he goes .2 innings with 4 earned runs.
EDIT: Now in a tournament game for PT its happening randomly. I hope this bug gets fixed soon cuz it really sucks watching a pitcher who pitched the previous game come in and pitch the next game and shelled and the next starter get skipped. I'm still having this issue... giving up big runs to inferior teams because of it too. Very unhappy this continues to occur. This single issue will cost me a playoff run this year. It happens every turn through or every other turn through my rotation and I have to manually work my way back through the order while my relievers are all spent. wtf man!

So here's another update.
PT just followed rotation and started Verlander (#2) then started Verlander (#2) again and skipped Irv Young's (#3) turn and started Cy Young (#4) then went back and started Verlander (#2) again before I was able to manually set the rotation again. Of course my relievers are all spent. Please fix this.
