How to fix when team roster is completely hosed!

So, i reported a very serious bug in https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=328555 over 18 hours ago but there have been no responses to it. Essentially, rosters are completely lost (happened for both my teams) in the main leagues. This means I cannot touch these teams until this is resolved.

So I asked someone else to check out the roster for my teams, and to them the rosters look fine. So, for some reason the "roster" on the server is correct, but the rosters are completely lost in my version of the game, for my teams (Carnegie Hall Perfect Pitch-BFF in Gold-302, and Cary Southpaws in Silver-262). So I cannot touch either team without causing issues.

So here my question is, until the underlying bug gets fixed is there any way that I can download the roster on the server to my version of OOTP 22? Or am I basically hosed until things get resolved?

In case it matters, the version of the game that I am running is 22.4 Build 50.

So someone on a different forum suggested I try resetting my cache and restarting.

So, I just tried it by logging in to my Southpaw team, resetting cache and then restarting OOTP. Now when I log on to Southpaw team, my rosters correctly appear. However, when I log on to Perfect Pitch, their rosters do NOT appear. So I reset cache and restarted while logged on to Perfect Pitch. But, once again, the rosters are not there. I repeated the resetting cache, restarting for Perfect Pitch. Still no rosters. Wierd that worked for one team but not the other.

Ok, as soon as the next sim occurred, my rosters for Cary Southpaws are once again gone. Resetting the cache no longer restores their roster (this is even though I did a submit team once the rosters originally reappeared).

Hi. Something you can try is deleting all of your old Perfect Team files. To do that, go to Perfect Team Settings and you will see a big gray button on the right that reads "Delete Old PT League & Tournament Files." Hit that button and let's see if it gets things working properly. You can message me on here for more details or email me at nicolino@ootpdevelopments.com

Thanks, Nicolino. I did that yesterday and it deleted a whole bunch of files but it didn't make a difference then. But then I did not combine it with resetting cache. This time, I delete the files (only a few more got deleted) and then also reset cache, and restarted. Nope, the rosters are still empty.

I am reporting it here so that if other people get this problem, they will see what does (and doesn't) work to resolve it.

Well, I thought I had found a solution... it worked for one sim anyway: put up a card that I know is on the roster on the AH, the next sim the roster reappeared (minus the card on the AH, anyway!) So I was able to replace that player with another player and submit the team. But the next sim, guess what, the roster is empty again! But the box scores show that the replacement player "was" added to the roster successfully.

Images of what the team looks like

These images include

1. the main window, showing results of last game with an empty main roster. (the reserve roster is empty as well).
2. The pitching window showing that there are 5 starting pitchers even though they don't show up in the roster.
3. The box score from my last game, which shows players from my actual roster, including the ninth batter, Adam Kennedy, who I added to the roster two sims before, when rosters temporarily re-appeared: for one sim only.

Both of my teams show the exact same stuff: starting pitchers with empty main and reserve rosters, but box scores with the actual rosters.
