Making Trades

This is a question for the commissioners out there. What is the best way to make trades within the game? Does the commish actually have to take over the team and then reassign that team back to the owner before updating the file? I wasn't sure if I am missing something or if there was an "act as" option like OOTP.

Since nobody better informed replied:

I believe the 2 (or more) teams discuss a trade, inform the commish of a trade they wish to make, and if approved by the league the commish (in his mode) goes to the tab for the first team, enters the trade in "trade offer" and clicks "Force trade".

As per the "guide" as a sticky in FHM 6 online forum (and should be in FHM 7 forum).
