Mark Messier Leadership Awards before 2006-07 season
I think NHL awards should follow history. It didn't really bother me though, until I played through a historical game starting in 1994-95 and Mark Messier won the Mark Messier Leadership Award in 1995. This just seems wrong. This award debuted in 2006-07, so it probably shouldn't be awarded in historical games until this time, or at least a couple years after Messier retires. Vancouver fans probably want to disable this award altogether

Yeah, right now historical games have all awards active in all seasons. It's an issue with the way the awards data is stored for leagues; it's not in a place where I can just turn them off in specific years in the same way I can change things like roster or game rules. Hoping to change that for FHM8, but I'm not sure yet if it'll make the cut.
