I tweeted the writer of the article and he has yet to respond. I’ve been checking and I see nothing.

I got an email from OOTP about this being available now and just now found it, as soon I entered "OOTP" in the search it showed "OOTP Baseball Go!" as an option

You probably don’t have to but I would. It just means the game will then be tied to your normal account. Not sure how that will effect things if you’ve made any in app purchases or started a season. I’ve just been playing perfect team and messing about with the free seasons. I’ve been able to log back into perfect team with no issues and pick up where I left off.
