Here's Gold 302
I always hope for the chance that OL could grab all 10 playoff spots, but we're shy one division. Seems we did okay, however, I see Lumberton still hasn't made it in, though newcomer Knockemstiff did.

Diamond league:
Three teams in the NC East (Shinbone, Lemp Ave, and Waffletown); two in the AC West (Silly and Cary), with Annandale (NC Central) and Nowhere (NC West) on their own; but all teams will have plenty of games to qualify for the OL crown. overall: (2 misses) 3 in Rookie (2 different leagues) 2 in Stone 6 in Iron (5 in one league, Lumberton off on their own in another) 9 in Bronze 6 in Silver 9 in Gold 7 in Diamond and general FYI - as usual, check your rosters this morning if you made any off season changes.... my new Grimes card was on the inactive list this morning instead of in the lineup, so had to adjust there again. Well that sucks. My list was updated and friends list turned on. It seems that the lower level teams may be on autopilot and not updating their lists. I'll give it one more week and hopefully get into Bronze. Seems the Bronze level is where it starts to get active.

![]() Silver League: I'm kind of surprised and pleased to have made it into the right league (sorry to anyone that hasn't). A quick early look shows the NC outliers having enough fixtures, so let's hope that sticks with any revised schedules!

Lots of head-to-head action for OL play. Should be an interesting week.

After the reset
As usual, the schedule changed a bit as the season gets underway. The good news is that nobody was seriously skimped on OL games. I think the two lone entries got around 20 games. I think HelthWyzer is at 19, Cedar Rapids, 22, though the Reds don't play in April or May.

help the AI has gone skynet on my team
Any help on this one?
I have O.Charleston starting in CF, Edmonds backing up, vs. L and R. Yet the AI has only used Charleston to pinch hit a couple of times. I've cleared and reset all my lineups, and as you can see in the screenshot below, benched Edmonds for 7 days to try to overcome the AI management. Anyone had anything like this happen? Is there a fix? Last edited by ColbyVargas; 06-28-2021 at 06:31 PM. Reason: added image |

Port Ruppert Breaks on Top in OL G302
The Mundys lead a quartet of hot starters. Cedar Rapids will remain on the sidelines again in May, but then debuts with 10 OL games in June and will end up with about 30 by season's end.

Cary perfect through their April OL schedule tops the standings, with Shinbone and Waffletown close behind, just waiting for a stumble. Annandale still waiting for their first OL action. |

Must have been the fumes from the silicon sealant. I stayed home yesterday to be on hand for countertop installation for our kitchen remodel. I was checking, and tweaking, the Boomerangs with the fumes going strong. Could set a bad precedent! (The bong? Oh, that's just for when I am playing PT, honey!)
Was a good day to stay home, saw some of the Tour and then watched two great Euro 2020 games.

You might want to post this one on the bug forum. Perhaps it'll get more widely read. Don't think this will help, but perhaps on the "troubleshooting" option in the profiles tab, you might try to reset caches. Can't imagine that would do any good, but perhaps it'll have the effect of of slapping the servers, sort of how we used to try to fix the TV picture back in the days when the tin foil on the antenna was not doing its job. I would try all three options, but, of course that's because I don't what the hell I'm going. And I thought the AI starting my pitchers in back-to-back games was bad. Thankfully that only happened once or twice a season and seemed to quit after 2032. good luck. |

Mundys Hold onto to Lead in OL G302
Port Ruppert had another seven win month, to maintain the pole position for 2034. Both Asheboro and Paxville retreated a smidgen, but still follow closely. Cedar Rapids begins OL play with 10 games on the docket this month.

If the Warriors pull off back-to-back Wooden Spoon awards I may lobby to have to award named after the franchise.

Cary still on top of the standings, with Waffletown and Shinbone a close 2-3. Overall, everyone is struggling as no OL teams are above .500 after the first couple months of play. |

Might have to appeal to the devs on the matter. Does it bother anyone else much?

Thank You to all of you OL guys who continually help post standings every week!
It is very appreciated and most helpful. There has been no big news for the Silver Level Keystones Kops for the last several weeks. Tournament wins have greatly dried up and since two updates ago, we are not pulling anything OL good from packs, either. Currently feel like a sailboat stuck in a long lull with no wind! Looking for the tide to turn! -30- Last edited by Bottom Of The Sixth; 06-30-2021 at 09:54 AM. |
