No Home Runs hit on my stacked team (modifiers?)

So I'm in year 2083 (!) of my Red Sox dynasty, and set it up to dominate (larger rosters, etc) ....and most of my starters have 20 power (I use a 1-20 power rating scale)...and I am 9th in the AL in HRs in August. My leading guy is a 19/20 and has 10.

Is something off with the modifiers for HR? It is set at .689 and the setting "automatically adjust league total modifiers for accuracy" is checked.

The other teams are hitting HRs at a decent, but not killer, rate, the top five homerun hitters have 29,26,26,24, and 24 as of Aug 4.

This is the first season I have really noticed a huge dropoff. I also have a catcher rated 19/20 who is hitting .174 and I have given significant at bats to get out of his slump and it never happened. Does unchecking player personality or morale have any effect?

So what old version of the game are you actually using? I see the same post in four versions.

It's actually OOTP 13...my favorite version of the game. Why? Because the hit and run works well, TOO well I suppose. But it helps you crush teams.

Sorry for the excessive posting, but was just curious. I guess one question would be is there a way to play with just the pure ratings and no other factors? Would that be disabling player personality and/or morale?
