Why is an American in KBO Draft Pool in 2023?

This is due to a typo. He's an MLB draft prospect, but the wrong league was accidently selected

It's been fixed in our database now and should be fixed in the next patch.

Another American is on the 2021 default list.
And another foreigner has appeared when I'm in the process of 2022 season.
The random origin is 0%, but there seems to have been an error.

I fixed the American in the db, so he won't appear in the KBO draft class in the next patch.

I'm not sure what might be doing on with the Domincan player though, he's not in the db as far as I can see, so like you say, it may be a case where the game is generating a foreigner when it shouldn't.

Yes. He is not on the default list in 2021. He's a fictional player.
