Market/tourney pop ups reset UI to defaults

When a card on the market is sold/won/returned, or when a tournament starts/ends, a pop up notification is sent. This is welcome. But these notifications reset any browser-side UI modifications, e.g. making multiple selections in the Manage Cards/Roster Management screen, or header-click sorting on reports. I assume other pop-ups notifcations might do the same thing but I've only seen these two types. Massive annoyance - the pop-ups are bullying me out of what I'm trying to do.

Welcome to the wonderful world of pop ups! The most annoying for me is the one that "automatically closes after 2 seconds" that is more like 5 or 10 seconds and won't close any sooner even if you click the button to close it.
