Historical Random Debut
I don't understand why players at Historical Random Debut have a different random age. They should all be at the age they started their careers. It takes away the urge to play when Wayne Gretzky and Mario Lemieux start at the age of 35. It's not fair.
It seems to me nothing difficult to run the option for everyone to start the game at a young age. Last edited by Tom88; 10-27-2021 at 12:59 PM. |

The random debut reassigns the start year of every player in the database, distributing them over 100+ years. If you choose to start in 1917, the vast majority of players you'll see over the course of the game will enter the game at 17. But if you start in 2017, most of the players will have start years that mean they begin the game either retired or older.

You can always go into the edit screen and change thier age. Or, when they retire, import them as a historical player.
