Guys if i have steam on 2 PCs with OOTP on both, is there a way i can continue my saved game on either of them?

In theory, you could also probably just set a Dropbox or Google Drive folder as your OOTP data folder and load the save from there in both games, but that might take a little tweaking to get right.

You may want to visit the discussions page concerning OOTP on Steam before encouraging those folks to review your game----it is being pretty heavily ROASTED on their discussion board !!!
